GBTuturns is a classified ads platform where users can post listings and purchase paid services such as featured ads, premium listings, and promotional upgrades.


2. Services Covered

This policy applies only to paid digital services such as:

  • Premium or featured ad listings

  • Paid promotion packages

  • Subscription or membership plans

Free listings or unpaid services are not covered under this refund policy.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following valid cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment

  • Payment made but service not activated due to technical error

  • Payment charged but listing not published

  • Service failure caused by system issues on our side

Refunds will not be issued in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after successful service activation

  • Wrong category or ad posted by user

  • Violation of website policies or terms of service

  • Incomplete or false information submitted by user


4. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Include:

    • Transaction ID

    • Payment date and amount

    • Reason for refund

    • Screenshot or proof of payment

After receiving your request, our support team will verify the details and respond within 3 to 5 business days.


5. Refund Processing via Cashfree

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway to the same payment method used for the transaction.
The processing time depends on your bank or payment provider:

6. Deductions and Charges

7. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your paid service before activation, GBTuturns may issue a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges).
Cancellations after the service has been activated or ad has gone live are not eligible for a refund.


8. Disputes and Chargebacks

In case of a dispute or chargeback raised through your bank or card provider, GBTuturns and Cashfree will review the transaction and provide necessary documentation.
Resolution timelines depend on your payment provider’s policies.
